"John Glezos worked as the project manager on the Parkside Building Public Foyers upgrade at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. The project was complex in nature and had to be completed in a short timeframe whilst the Centre was fully operational for part of the time.
The Centre has high expectations as an International destination for delegates and clients and onerous requirements in health, safety when working within the building envelope.
John was able to coordinate all the contractors who were working on site and keep the project on time and on budget. John has the ability to take a holistic view of the project and ensure that the required trades dovetail seamlessly together for the most efficient outcome.
John’s communication skills with both the contractors and the owners ensure that issues that arose were dealt with quickly and positively.
